I’m new to the Due West family, but my experience has been great so far! I recently had my wire come loose while eating, and their service was nothing short of exceptional. They were able to get me in the very next day, and Yvonne fixed my wire with no problem. She was so sweet, welcoming, and professional. I’d definitely recommend this office!

Due West Orthodontics is a wonderful place for orthodontic work! Dr. Smith did a fantastic job with my son’s teeth. Everyone is so kind and they provided detailed information about what was done at each appointment. Tammy at the front desk always welcomed us with a smile and a cheerful greeting! Yvonne assisted on the day braces were removed, among other days. She was very helpful in explaining and demonstrating how to properly care for the retainers and sent us off with a treat in his bag and kind words. Paul, the office manager, checked in with parents/guardians in the waiting area. Both locations are clean, nicely decorated and provide water and coffee for waiting family. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for orthodontic work!

I highly recommend Dr. Smith. He is incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. I brought my 8-year-old daughter in today because she had been wearing expanders for about three months, and I noticed what appeared to be an infection around one of the expanders near her gums. Dr. Smith explained that, despite placing many expanders over the years, he had never seen this happen before. Even so, he remained calm, reassuring, and took the time to carefully explain the situation. He gave me different treatment options, including removing the spacers or waiting another week to see if things improved. As a concerned parent, I asked countless questions and went back and forth about what to do, but Dr. Smith never seemed rushed or frustrated. He answered every question with patience and compassion, making me feel heard and supported throughout the visit. I truly appreciate the excellent care he provided for my daughter and am grateful for his professionalism and kindness. I would highly recommend Dr. Smith to anyone looking for an orthodontist who genuinely cares about his patients.

Ashton was great! She’s very friendly, helpful, and informative with every step! Dr. Smith is very polite and supportive, he made me love my smile after getting my braces on! 100/10 would recommend! They truly make you feel part of the family! ❤️

Due West Orthodontics is the best! I always have a great experience from check-in to receiving care from the orthodontic assistants & Dr. Smith. This was my last official appointment after receiving treatment for Invisalign & I had the best experience with Marketta! She was so personable and kind! This office has such a family feel & Dr. Smith and the assistants take great care of you! Highly recommend 10/10!🫶🏽✨
